Arthur Shawcross

There’s a monster by the Genesse River and it’s name is Arthur Shawcross.
Shawcross is a “man” who terrorized Rochester, New York from (and surrounding areas) from 1972 until his capture in 1988. He murdered 14 people, two of which were children under the age of 13.
His reign of terror went unchecked for so long because he targeted the vulnerable sex workers. The crimes he committed were disgusting and heinous.
