Nipped in the Bud

The Brian Cohee experience.

On the afternoon of March 1, 2021, Terri. Cohee would make a dreadful discovery. As she was looking through her sons closet she would find plastic garbage bags. Curious as a mother can be she began She gathered them up and took them to the kitchen sink. When she opened one the bags she was met with  abloody human ear.  She could investigate no further. She quickly called her husband Brian  andtold him to get home immediately. She then called Jr. and told him he needed to bring the car home for his brother to use. Obviously, this was a ploy to get him home so the authorities could apprehend him. Once he was home , she called 9-1-1.

The authorities arrive at the Cohee home. Brian is waiting in the drive way They approached him calmly, saying that his mom had found something that concerned her enough to call them and asked if he might have an idea what that could be. I kid you not, this kid nonchalantly says, “Yeah, a human head and hands.” His own hands are on his hips and his just says that like he’s delivering a punchline.

Now, this isn’t Brian’s first run in with the cops this week. The day prior to his arrest, Brian would accidentally get his car stuck in the shallows of a Blue Heron river off the boat ramp. He flagged down a car to call his parents. They arrive and the Police were called to the scene. The car was stuck however, and since it wasn’t a crash, they let Mom take Brian home while dad and cops called some towing companies willing to come out in the cold and pull a car out of water in the middle of the night.
